Ola Olatubosun Olanipekun is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator, Conciliator and Investment Consultant. He was born at Ikere, Ekiti State, completed Secondary School Education at Annunciation School, Ikere-Ekiti, in 1980; obtained GCE Advanced level at the Federal School of Arts and Science, Aba in 1982. In 1985, he obtained LL.B (Hons) at the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986.
He is a private legal practitioner and Counsel to numerous individual, Corporate, Institutional and governmental organisations. He has been a Consultant to the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, since 1996; Consultant to the Bureau for Public Enterprises (2001); Consultant to many State Governments on Legal/Administrative matters; External Counsel and legal Consultant to numerous commercial/Deposit Banks and other financial institutions; Consultant to the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation and other Public and private organisations.
