Imeh Akpekong Imeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and is a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and COREN. He is an accomplished engineering professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in engineering, construction, procurement, project management, and administration. His career has spanned diverse sectors, including infrastructure and utilities, where he has consistently demonstrated expertise in the conceptualization, development, management, operation, and maintenance of complex engineering projects.
Engr. Imeh has been instrumental in executing high-impact projects across Nigeria and internationally. His professional journey includes leadership roles in the design, supervision, and implementation of power transmission and distribution projects, solar energy solutions, and refinery infrastructure. Notable assignments include the design of 132/33kV substations, the supervision of multi-state power distribution projects under the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP), and consultancy for refinery development initiatives in Akwa Ibom State. His experience extends to factory acceptance testing of transformers in China and India, further underscoring his global outlook and technical proficiency.
With a commitment to continuous professional development, Engr. Imeh has attended specialized training courses in automation engineering, contract management, and technical writing, both locally and internationally. He has also earned the trust of clients such as the Transmission Company of Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State Government, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), etc and has consistently combined technical expertise with strategic planning to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
